Hexagon Metrology CMMs are the heart of the inspection department. Their accuracy, surpasses all others in the industry.  This allows us to check parts to the highest standard.
The re-engineering of an old part is simplified with its scanning capability. This also aids in identifying problem areas in the manufacturing process.

ROMAR ARM

Our variety of inspection equipment allows us to audit ourselves by comparing inspection processes to ensure we have the correct one in place before starting production. From a conventional check, to a more high tech approach, we use Romer arms, CMM’s and lasers. Romer arms allow us to have precise accuracy, looking at all the details.

KEYENCE

The Keyence system allows R&S Machining, Inc. to have accurate measurements on large parts, using lasers, sensors, and other patented high-tech vision based software. This is used to assist with all measurements.
