EMCO Dynamill HP5

We are excited to announce our most recent machine purchase, the EMCO Dynamill HP5.

Featuring a 24k rpm high speed spindle for aluminum and a 6k rpm high torque spindle for titanium, this machine gives us enhanced capabilities to manufacture parts of any material up to 7x3 meters. With Linear guides, Heidenhain controls, and full 5 axis capability, speed and accuracy are at the top of industry standards.

The foundation is completed, and machine install will begin in July of 2024.

Hexagon Delta Opera 80.40.20

We are excited to announce the purchase of our newest Hexagon CMM.

This Hexagon Delta Opera CMM is one of the largest Hexagon gantry CMM's installed in the United States. Featuring 8x4x2 meters of travel and a full simultaneous scanning head, our inspection capabilities are industry leading.
